1. Overview
APilotsJourney is a digital subscription-based platform providing DGCA CPL exam preparation services. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our secure payment gateway, Cashfree Payments.
We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines when and how you may request a refund or cancel your subscription.
2. Subscription Refunds
For monthly PRO subscriptions, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of platform resources.
Renewal Charges: Subsequent monthly renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method in INR within 5–10 business days.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
- You have not attempted more than 3 full-length mock tests on the PRO plan.
- You have not downloaded, exported, or screenshotted any premium content.
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day window has expired.
- Monthly renewal charges for subsequent billing cycles.
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
- Requests citing "not using the service" after significant platform engagement.
- Change of mind after extensive use of premium features.
- Technical issues caused by third-party services or the user's own device/browser.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription.
- Your PRO access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- Your quiz history and progress data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
- You will be downgraded to the Free plan automatically at period end.
6. Refund Process

Email us at support@apilotsjourney.in within 7 days of purchase.
Review (2–3 days)
Our team verifies your request against eligibility criteria.
Approval & Initiation
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days.
Credit to Account
Refund appears in your original payment method within 5–7 bank working days.

- Your registered email address.
- Order / transaction ID from your payment confirmation.
- Reason for the refund request.
