Welcome to APilotsJourney ("we", "us", "our"), a digital learning platform dedicated to DGCA CPL exam preparation for Indian aviation aspirants. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at apilotsjourney.in and all related services.

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You will maintain the security of your login credentials and not share them.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• You will notify us immediately upon suspicion of any unauthorised use.

APilotsJourney grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access our platform solely for your personal DGCA CPL examination preparation.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any platform content.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract question banks or data.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
• Impersonate any other user, staff member, or entity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.

All payments on APilotsJourney are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Cashfree Payments.

• PRO Plan subscriptions are billed monthly (₹599/month) and renew automatically.
• Applicable GST will be charged in addition to the subscription price.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All content on APilotsJourney — including question databases, explanations, AI-generated content, UI designs, source code, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of APilotsJourney, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written consent.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. APilotsJourney disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or accuracy of all content relative to the live DGCA syllabus.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APilotsJourney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
